Where is Collage Bakery located?

Collage Bakery is currently an at-home bakery located in Cherry Hill, NJ near Springdale Farms. Collage Bakery owner, Kashmira, hand-makes each dessert from scratch in her own kitchen. While we do not have a store-front, Collage Bakery is a registered and certified business. Kashmira prioritizes cleanliness and quality to deliver the optimal dessert experience.

When should I place my order?

Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the desired date of pick-up.

How do I pay?

Orders can be paid through PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or credit card when completing the order form. Venmo and Apple Pay payments can only be made in a mobile browser. An order will be considered confirmed only after the payment is made.

How do I pick up my order?

The pick up address will be provided during checkout. Use the provided links during checkout to schedule a pick up day and time. Please arrive at the pick up address at the time selected. Orders will not be confirmed unless a pick up day and time is scheduled.

How can I place a custom order?

Custom orders can be placed through the Contact Us form. Please provide us with your contact information and preferred method of communication. We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

Why can’t I order less than 4 pastries of the same kind?

Due to the extensive process required to make each pastry, you must order a minimum quantity of 4 pastries of the same kind.

What if I have allergies?

If you are allergic to a certain ingredient listed in the item description or are not sure, please reach out to us through the Contact Us form. We aim to respond to your questions within 24 hours. In some cases, we may be able to substitute the ingredient that you are allergic to.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the extensive process required in advance of your orders, we do not offer refunds for canceled orders.
